Should I rekey or replace my locks after moving in?
Rekey, in most cases. If the existing locks are decent quality and not worn out, rekeying is faster and cheaper and makes every old key useless. We only suggest replacing when the hardware is failing or you want a security upgrade.
Can you get me in without breaking the lock?
Almost always. For standard residential locks we use non-destructive entry, so the lock you have keeps working after we leave. We only drill as a last resort, and only with your okay.
Do you install smart locks?
Yes. We install and set up keypad and app-based smart locks, make sure they fit your door, and walk you through the codes before we leave. We will also tell you honestly which models hold up and which do not.
